Quality
PDQ Tool & Stamping Co. is TS-16949 certified. Our Mission Statement
dictates that we "Comply with the requirements and continuously
improve the effectiveness of our Quality System". As evidence to our
commitment, our recent purchase of a Mitutoyo Quick Vision System
and computer controlled Tensile machine compliments our existing equipment further enhancing our Mission Statement.
Process
Inspection
All levels of manufacturing are verified and recorded via the Process Monitor and Control Log. This log is created for each part by utilizing APQP data, PMFEA data, customer-supplied data including: major, minor, critical, KPC, SPC,
and geometric tolerance dimensions. Each attribute or dimension on the Process
Monitor and Control Log has a specific inspection frequency to ensure the part
conforms to the customers requirements.

Every step of the manufacturing
process is fully documented and traceable. Our detailed and precise work procedures compliment our training programs and provide the foundation for a robust Quality System.
